I have to say I laugh at these reviews that talk crap about the authenticity of the food here. I had "shio" ramen, and the very first sip of the stock reminded me of "Edo" style ramen we used to have in Tokyo growing up. Judging from the taste of it I imagine it is somewhat difficult to be consistent with the quality of the soup daily. The true worth of a ramen restaurant is really the repeatability of the soup from one day to another. If remains to be seen how craft they really are until the next visit. There are many places around here that serve ready made soup straight out of the can, but I don't think they do that here.

    Service was great.

Location is a bit to be desired but not their fault.

Overall I say it's worth a visit. This type of ramen is great after a night of drinking. We call it "shime" in Japanese, and I say it's an appropriate term for Shio Ramen.

    I recommend.

I left Kiki Ramen feeling like I wasted $13. I got the TKO and every part of it was disappointing - the broth flavor, the temperature, the noodle texture, and the spice level. Even the ajitama that costed extra was not comparable to others around town. Although Kiki is super convenient to work (right next to the Amazon Spheres), just save your money and head to CapHill for ramen!

That'll teach me to expect authentic ramen at a place that puts CORN as a topping...

    Never come here.

Terrible. Chicken karaage was good but the Shio and TKO both tasted like noodles in water. Just skip this place. If want ramen go to Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya. The closest one is in capital hill less then a mile away. They are way cheaper and far better.

Update: my girlfriend, she had the TKO, and was almost immediately sick. Not to be too graphic but we went straight home she emptied everything. Not sure if it was the ramen itself or the heaps of chilli she added from the table so the the food was palatable but she defiantly had food poisoning. I only poured in about a quarter bottle of soy sauce to eat my food.

So, to reiterate, never come here.

The ramen itself - not the best. It's not the worst I've ever had, but this place gets lots of business based off their location. Located amongst of 3 Amazon buildings, this place is a easy hit for workers. Their Chashu Bowl was good and I would get again! Their ramen however, probs not based on the noodles and not very rich broth

The shop is right near the Amazon Spheres and looks pretty hipster. Unfortunately the ramen wasn't that great. Both the curry and shio ramens lacked depth to the broth.

The Brussels sprouts actually were good, but that isn't what we went here for.

The place wasn't busy when we visited on the weekend yet the service was so-so. The food all came out and my drink still hadn't come yet.

Too many other good places to eat in Seattle, I wouldn't be back for ramen here. Maybe happy hour with some apps and drinks.
